Thursdays: 5:30 pm

First Friday: 7:30 am until 8:00 am on Saturday

October 20th - 22nd
Living Waters Men’s Retreat October 20-22 in Maggie Valley Living Waters Catholic Reflection Center in Maggie Valley will be having a weekend retreat hosted by Fr. Eckert. The theme of the retreat is the universal call to holiness. All men are invited. Cost is $195. Contact Charlie (704-724- 5713 or  Registration deadline Sept. 20.

Here is a food pantry shopping list in PDF format.  Please print and take it along wth you on your next grocery shopping trip.  You may drop off items at the church office during office hours or simply leave them in the church narthex on the left as you come in near the water fountains.

Your help in providing food for those in need is a blessing. We need:

Sacred Heart Helping Hands (a community outreach)
Are you interested in giving of your time to help serve a meal to someone who is less fortunate? 

Join in the fellowship with other Sacred Heart parishoners each month, on the third Friday evening and Saturday morning, as our parish family serves dinner and breakfast at Rowan Helping Ministries.

Meals on Wheels deliveries
Volunteers are needed.  Sacred Heart has been helping MOW to deliver food to those unable to leave home. The volunteer services are every second and fourth Monday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  If you are interested in servicing this ministry, please call Elia Gegorek at (704) 202- 1209.  Thank You!

Registration is taken the months of July/August. Please stop by the church office for registration forms.

Faith Formation starts in September and goes through May and meets Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. in the school building.
